1. The legal operator

These services are operated by Drakon Base Limited, a Nigerian private company limited by shares with RC number 9820838. Choplan is a brand of Drakon Base Limited and is not a separate legal company. A reference to “Choplan,” “Drakon Base,” “we,” “us” or “our” means Drakon Base Limited.

2. Current service status

Choplan is preparing for private launch in Ilorin. Public ordering and payment-enabled access are not yet open. Information about planned features is provided to explain the intended service and is not a promise that every feature, restaurant or location is currently available.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

When accounts become available, you must provide accurate information, protect your login details and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, scrape protected data or use another person's payment method without permission.

4. Restaurants, products and orders

Participating restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu information, accepting orders, food preparation, ingredients and food safety. Availability, price, fees, fulfilment method and estimated timing will be shown before an order is submitted. An order becomes accepted only when the restaurant confirms it.

Tell the restaurant and our support team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Platform filters and descriptions do not replace direct confirmation with the restaurant.

5. Payments

Payments for Choplan orders will be collected by Drakon Base Limited and processed by Flutterwave or another provider identified at checkout. You authorise the applicable charge when you confirm an order. Any displayed taxes, service fees or delivery fees will form part of the total shown before payment.

6. Fulfilment

Pickup or delivery options and estimated windows depend on restaurant acceptance, preparation time, location, traffic and provider availability. Estimates are not exact guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays or failures and to coordinate an appropriate remedy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Eligibility and timing are described in our Refunds and cancellations policy. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless the law requires another method.

8. Intellectual property

Drakon Base, Choplan, the site design, platform software and original content are owned by or licensed to Drakon Base Limited. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the services only for their intended personal or authorised business purpose.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the services accurate and available, but maintenance, third-party systems and events outside reasonable control can interrupt them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, responsibility will be assessed according to the service supplied, the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, illegality, safety risk, non-payment, abuse or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to obligations attached to orders already placed.

11. Governing law and contact
