Restaurants remain responsible for accepting and preparing their orders. Choplan coordinates the marketplace experience, meal scheduling and available pickup or delivery options.

What customers will see before paying.
Available restaurants, meal details, price, fees, pickup or delivery method and the estimated fulfilment window will be shown during checkout. An order is not accepted until the participating restaurant confirms it.
Order processing begins after that confirmation. Timing varies by restaurant, meal, location and selected window. Choplan coordinates local pickup or delivery; it does not offer postal shipping. If a restaurant cannot accept an order, the customer will not be charged or will receive a full reversal or refund to the original payment method.

Choplan is a brand operated by Drakon Base Limited (RC 9820838). When ordering and payments open, Drakon Base Limited will be the contracting party and the business shown on payment records. Payment transactions will be processed by Flutterwave.
